If you are using insurance, it’s your responsibility to check your policy coverage and limitations. Please fill out your intake form promptly and have your PCP fax a referral to 401-414-0660. Prior Authorization is required for some plans, otherwise you will be charged self pay rates.

$50 deposit required for initial appointments. To avoid a cancellation fee, at least 24 hour notice is required.

Acupuncture tends to be most effective when used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan and after multiple sessions. Improvement might be gradual, and results vary from person to person. Check in with yourself — changes in your symptoms, energy levels, mental state, reduction in pain, and overall well-being can help you gauge whether acupuncture is working for you.

We encourage you to communicate openly with your acupuncturist about your experience, and we can adjust your treatment accordingly.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee.

If you're sick, though, please stay home and give us as much of a heads up as possible! We do reserve the right to charge a fee for last minute sick cancels, on a case by case basis.
